Rotator cuffs are cuffs that are made with an X-base as the base, and then there's little shields around the sides of the cuff which hold the little single in the middle in place so it doesn't fall off!
The little single in the middle can move freely and they're also removable if you wanted to put your own single in the middle of it!
Each cuff is about 25-30 beads around, making it so that they are both stretchy and comfortable on your wrist! They're made up of pony beads, letter beads, and also some have little dangle bits!
